A new generation of switches series xStack DGS-3420 provides networks of large enterprises and small and medium-sized business (SMB) high performance, flexibility, security, and multi-level quality of service (QoS). Switches provide high-density Gigabit Ethernet ports for connecting workplaces equipped with SFP ports and 10 Gigabit SFP + support and advanced features of the software. The switches can be used as a device-level access or aggregation in order to create a multi-level network structure with high-speed backbone and centralized servers connection. Service providers can also take advantage of switches with high port density SFP (eg, DGS-3420-28SC / 26SC) to form aggregation layer optical network (FTTB).

Virtual stack
